paper therapy, LLC

The theory behind my brand of scraplifting is simple.
"Create a scrapbook page that is Uniquely Yours! One that tells your story and reflects your personal style, but found its inspiration from somewhere else." ~ Michelle

Hello ~ I am michelle and I scrapbook...

...or well used to scrapbook. A lot.

Then I had what I thought was a great idea for a book. Everyone told me it was a great idea and with much support from everyone I know (and mainly the hubby) I went for it.

After two years of an incredible amount of work I wrote (and self published) said book. Now I don't scrapbook as much as i used to.

Because I wrote a book.

Now I'm trying to scrapbook more and talk about those pages and the book here. why? well because scapbooking really is therapy for me. Therapy I need or I'm certain I'll lose my mind. Therapy that isn't cheaper than seeing a professional, but certainly more fun. Therapy with paper and glue. It's Paper therapy.

So that's kinda my gig and why I'm writing about it here. Be sure to heck out the book, it's pretty fun.

More about the author:

Michelle has been scrapbooking since 1998 after becoming pregnant with her first child.
She's contributed in three publications by
Bazzill Basics Paper; Bazzilcolor, Eclectic and Places We Love. She's written a feature article for the monthly kit club, Club Scrap. She's also been published in Desinging with Vellum, Creating Keepsakes, and Simple Scrapbooks. But she would tell you the most fun (and work) she's had in the industry are the 5 years she spent teaching a myriad of classes at the phoenix valley store, Scrapbooks Etc. She had to quit teaching in 2007 in an effort to simplify and  focus on her career as an Electrical Designer. Michelle lives in Chandler, Arizona with her husband Peter and her three beautiful children, Noah, Sarah and Kate.
